Our Services

1

Individual Therapy

Katie works to understand her clients' unique lived experiences and asks questions that allow them to examine their experiences in a new and insightful way. She provides a trauma-informed and non-judgmental space to explore what is most meaningful to them.
It can be scary, uncomfortable, and difficult to do this work in therapy and Katie strongly believes that this kind of work can provide opportunity for personal growth, more meaningful relationships, and skills to cope with stress.

2

Sport Psychology

Sport psychology is a specialized field that focuses on the mental and emotional aspects of athletic performance and physical activity. It involves the study and application of psychological principles and techniques to help athletes and sports professionals improve their performance, manage stress, and achieve their goals. Specifically, Katie works to support performance, resilience, recovery from injury, stress management, and team dynamics of high-school, collegiate, and Olympic level athletes.

3

Career Counseling

For clients seeking career counseling services, Katie offers various approaches to aid in career and stage-of-life transitions. Career counseling includes assessing an individual's skills, interests, values, and personality traits to guide them toward a fulfilling and successful career. Additionally, Katie guides clients through the processes of self and world exploration, goal setting, skill development, job searching, interview preparation, personal growth, and work-life balance.
